About this wine
Profile
Trebbiano and Malvasia are dried before vinification and aged in oak kegs. The wine is amber yellow with golden glints, with fig jam, propolis, candied fruit, roasted almonds, honey, dried apricots, hazelnuts and vanilla. The palate is warm, embracing, robust, velvety and long, with honey, dried fruit and passion fruit. Alcohol 14.50-18.00%. Ageing capability 20 years and more. First production year 1989. Serving temperature 10-18°C. Mainly a meditation or after-meal wine; also pairs with blue cheese and dry pastries.
