Ageing
The wine matures for 3 months in stainless steel, followed by at least 3 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
The aroma combines delicate notes of pear, citrus and white flowers with pronounced minerality. The palate is dry and citrus-driven, with freshness and a savoury character.
