About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the historic Cerretta vineyard, whose vines are 30 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Vinification takes place at a controlled temperature of 31 °C for 22 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak casks for 30 months.
