About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are grown organically in a southeast-facing vineyard on limestone soils, which give the wine a fresh, mineral and clean character.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand in early September. They are destemmed and gently crushed, which also helps soften the finished wine. Cold maceration at 1–3 °C extracts colour and aromas, followed by gentle pressing and static settling of the must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.

Ageing

The wine ages in steel before bottling, to preserve its freshness and lightness.

Tasting profile

Delicate, refreshing and light, with an easy-drinking style. Fresh, mineral and clean in character.
