About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow in the Bofani vineyard in Barolo.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand in the first half of October, then fermented with 10–12 days of skin maceration in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Ageing

The wine ages for at least two years in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by one year in stainless-steel tanks. Before release, it rests further in the winery’s cellars.
