About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are organically grown in specially certified plots on the Belisario estate. The vineyards face south at an altitude of 420 m.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks to retain the grapes’ freshness and character.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for eight months.

Bold, rich and elegant.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with fish dishes, pasta and vegetables, and may also be served as an aperitif.
