About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from east-facing vineyards in Alta Valle Esina, at the foot of Mount San Vicino.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into 20 kg boxes and transported promptly to the winery. Fermentation follows a traditional white-wine method and lasts 25 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same stainless-steel tanks for five months.
