About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from selected vineyards on the hills and foothills near Lake Garda, with clay-carbonate and limestone-gravel soils.
Vinification
Harvest begins in mid-September. The grapes are gently pressed, and fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 14–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for three months, with periodic stirring.
Tasting profile
Fresh, lively and harmonious, with a pronounced aroma and an appealing palate.
