About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Moscato Bianco is grown around Santo Stefano Belbo in Asti, at 200–300 m above sea level, on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 15 °C for 10 days.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees.
Tasting profile
Elegant and delicate, with a smooth palate showing fruity and floral notes. The aroma is soft, subtle and sweet, with fruit at the forefront.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or at the end of a meal with fruit or desserts.
