About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines are on average 25 years old and grow in the clay-limestone soils of Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is aged briefly in neutral tanks.
