Vineyard and terroir
The vines average 25 years of age and grow on clay-limestone soils in Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery before controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, fish dishes and vegetable salads.
