About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc grows in a Friuli vineyard sheltered from northern winds. The mild climate and the nearness of the sea create favourable conditions for ripening.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled 15–17 °C to preserve freshness and the distinctive fruity aroma.
Ageing
The wine is aged in the same stainless-steel vats at 18–20 °C. This gives a touch of roundness and a smooth texture while keeping the flavours bright.
Tasting profile
Elegant on the palate, with a fruity bouquet. Fresh, balanced and complex, with a touch of roundness and a smooth texture. The flavours are bright.
