About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Produced in Veneto from vineyards whose well-drained soils and slopes reduce the risks associated with heavy rainfall. Balanced sunlight exposure supports harmonious ripening. The product page identifies clay and sandstone soils.

Grapes

Glera with 10–15% Pinot Noir.

Vinification

Glera and Pinot Noir are vinified to create the characteristically pink base wine. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave according to the Charmat method at 14–15°C. The wine then rests on selected yeasts for approximately 60 days. After reaching the required pressure, alcohol and sugar levels, it is refrigerated, cold-stabilized at -2 to -3°C, filtered and checked before bottling.

Ageing

Approximately 60 days on selected yeasts during the sparkling-wine process.

Technical data

Prosecco DOC Rosé Millesimato Extra Dry. Alcohol: 11% vol., with possible vintage variation. Available in 200 ml and 750 ml formats.

Tasting profile

Light rosé in color, with fine perlage. The elegant, intense bouquet combines rose with peach. Dry, soft and well balanced on the palate, with a round, full-bodied structure.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 8–10°C. Ideal as an aperitif and with fish soups or mushroom-based dishes.
