The wine is made from selected grapes.
Vinification
Each variety is harvested at optimal ripeness. The must undergoes traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stabilized, filtered and bottled.
Tasting profile
The aroma is fruity and spicy. The palate is soft and rounded.
Serving and pairing
Pair with red meat, smoked meats or cheeses.
Vintage notes
In Veneto in 2021, average yields were 7% lower than in the previous year. Some vineyards suffered frost during budding. Flowering and fruit set brought generally low temperatures and heavy rainfall. From June, temperatures matched seasonal averages and peaked during the first ten days of August. Heavy rain and hail caused significant production losses in some areas, but the grapes remained healthy and of good quality.
