About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are selected before being harvested at different times. Fermentation takes place on the skins in stainless-steel tanks for 8–12 days.
Ageing
For 18 months, 60% of the wine matures in new barriques made from French oak sourced from Allier and Tronçais, while 40% matures in second-use barriques. It then rests in bottle for a further 10 months.
