About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Burlotto’s vineyards in the northern part of Verduno.
Vinification
Only the ripest, healthiest grapes are selected.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for 10 months in 5 hl French oak barrels, followed by 4–6 months in the estate’s cellars after bottling.
