Ageing
No fixed maturation period is specified. The wine usually remains in stainless steel for approximately six months, until spring, before bottling.
Tasting profile
Deep ruby red with violet reflections. The vinous nose combines floral notes with plum and raspberry. The palate is elegant and well structured, with a soft, harmonious and savoury character and the almond-toned finish traditionally associated with the wine.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18°C. It can accompany an entire meal and is particularly suited to pasta dishes, soups, white meats and fresh cheeses.
