Casa Emma was founded in 1969 and is owned by the Bucalossi family.
Terroir
The estate lies at approximately 430 m in San Donato in Poggio and is surrounded by 28 ha of vineyards and 1,000 olive trees.
Winemaking
Vineyard work includes parcel selection; geese graze and fertilize the Vignalparco vineyard.
The cellar uses 500 L barrels, 10 hl barrels, French oak and terracotta amphorae according to the wine.
