About this wine
Grapes
Only late-harvest Muscat grapes are used. The blend comprises 85% fruit from the current vintage and 15% from the previous vintage.
Vinification
The slightly dried grapes are gently pressed, then fermented at a low temperature for several months. The wine is subsequently filtered.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless steel tanks. The previous-vintage component is matured for one year in French oak barriques.
Tasting profile
Elegant and beautifully balanced, with a fruity palate and aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla, dried apricot, candied pineapple and nutmeg.
Label / history
The name means “blooming.” The wine was first released in 1982.
