About this wine
Grapes
A white dessert wine made from late-harvested Moscato grapes. The fruit is left to wither naturally on the vines, concentrating its sugars.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the must ferments in barriques.
Ageing
The wine remains in barriques for two years.
Tasting profile
Deep old-gold colour. Delicate aromas of candied fruit and apricot lead to a warm, sweet and harmonious palate. The body is fine and elegant, with a style reminiscent of Sauternes.
