Serving and pairing
Intended to be enjoyed young, the wine can be served as an aperitif.
Label / history
Cavicchioli was founded in 1928, when grape grower and merchant Umberto Cavicchioli began making wine and converted his workshop into cellars. He worked with Lambrusco di Sorbara to produce wines including one that continues to be made and sold under the name “Tradizione.” The family’s winemaking experience has since passed from father to son across generations.
