About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from late September to early October. Maceration and fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with the must remaining in contact with the skins for 4–7 days.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in neutral vessels.
Tasting profile
Fresh and fruity on the nose, with a light feel and an easy-drinking character.
