About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the hills near Trento in Northern Italy, an area traditionally associated with Prosecco production.
Vinification
The Glera grapes are pressed gently, and a selected portion of the must is settled for 12 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for approximately 15–20 days. After fermentation, vinified Pinot Nero is blended with the Glera wine, followed by a second fermentation. A special technique during this stage produces fine bubbles and a delicate aromatic bouquet.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees before bottling.
Tasting profile
Elegant and balanced, with fruity flavours, berry aromas, fine bubbles and a delicate aromatic bouquet.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif.
