The Chiarli family owns more than 90 hectares of vineyards in the Lambrusco production area.

Lambrusco was already known during the Roman Empire.

The wine is produced using the Charmat method.

It rests in stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Decanting is unnecessary. Pair with light appetisers and lean meats.
Label / history
Cleto Chiarli founded the company in 1860 after managing Trattoria dell'Artigliere in central Modena, where he made Lambrusco for the restaurant’s regular customers. Their favourable response prompted him to begin producing it for wider sale. The company subsequently passed from one generation of the Chiarli family to the next.
