About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Veneto region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and sorted, then gently pressed. Fermentation lasts two weeks in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 20 °C, preserving aromatic freshness and varietal character. The wine is filtered after fermentation.
Tasting profile
Light and clean, with fresh citrus notes and a soft finish.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, seafood, light salads and appetizers.
