The Pinot Grigio grapes are grown in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carefully sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness. The wine is filtered before bottling.
