About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early September and gently pressed. Vinification takes place at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wines are blended in proportions selected by the winemaker.
Tasting profile
Cortese contributes freshness and Chardonnay exotic-fruit notes, while Timorasso and Sauvignon Blanc add complexity and minerality. The wine is layered, straightforward and refreshing.
Label / history
The name “4 Bucce” literally means “four skins”, referring to the blend of four grape varieties.
