About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards in Asti on clay-limestone soils and harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is arrested by chilling, after which the wine is bottled under pressure.
Tasting profile
Elegant in character, with delicate effervescence.

Pair with fresh, baked or candied fruit, fruit pies, cakes and pastries, or classic Italian desserts.
