About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from 40-year-old vines.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and undergo pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation lasts 15 days in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for two years in Slavonian and French oak barrels.
