About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and undergo pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled 25 °C for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Pair with traditional Piedmontese dishes, including veal carpaccio with olive oil, truffle omelette or cold veal with tuna sauce, as well as grilled meat.
