About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese grapes are grown in the estate’s vineyards in the Roero area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and fermented in stainless-steel tanks for seven days at a controlled temperature of 10 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with vegetables, grilled fish, seafood, risotto, poultry or rabbit.
