Vinification and ageing
Maceration on skins in temperature-controlled rotofermenter for 3-4 days; ageing in 100% new French barriques for 18 months.
Tasting profile
Colour: very intense ruby red. Nose: plum and blackberry, intense. Palate: fresh, with small red fruits, well-calibrated tannin and pleasant Barbera-driven acidity; complex and balanced.
