About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on limestone and clay soils and are trained using the Sylvoz system to promote even ripening and sunlight exposure. The fruit is harvested mechanically in mid-September.
Vinification
Secondary fermentation takes place in steel tanks using the Charmat method, preserving fruity freshness and producing fine, clean bubbles. The bottle is sealed with natural cork to protect the wine’s aroma and structure.
Tasting profile
Fresh and fruity, with fine bubbles and a subtle mineral structure.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif.
