About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown across the Barolo area, which encompasses eleven villages south of Alba.
Vinification
Harvest usually begins in late September. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30–31 °C for 8–10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine spends two years in Slavonian and French oak barrels. After bottling, it matures for at least 12 months in the winery’s cellars.

Vibrant and juicy, with a pleasant aroma and an open, approachable palate.
Serving and pairing
Decant for about one hour before serving.
