About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards around Zebedassi, a locality in the municipality of Montemarzino. The area’s varied soils shape a white wine intended to combine structure and depth with freshness and ease of drinking. Its style emphasizes tension, aromatic expression, salinity and length.

100% Timorasso.
Vinification
Bunches are selected manually and pressed whole.
Ageing
The wine remains on its lees for 10 months and matures exclusively in steel. Bottling takes place in August.
Technical data
Yield: 40 q/ha, equivalent to 4,000 kg/ha.
Tasting profile
A structured and deep white shaped around tension, aromatic character, saline notes and length, while retaining an approachable profile.
Serving and pairing
Pair with light first courses, white meat, fish preparations and cheeses. Cellaring potential is 15 years.

The current release is 2023. The inaugural vintage was 2021.
