About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Cortese grapes are grown exclusively in the municipality of Gavi Ligure. The local terroir suits the production of bright, lively wines.

Vinification

Fermentation is traditional, at controlled low temperatures, to preserve freshness and vibrant acidity. Malolactic fermentation is avoided for the same reason.

Ageing

The wine rests for a time in stainless steel tanks, then spends a further 6 months in bottle after bottling.

Tasting profile

Fresh, bright and lively, with vibrant acidity.
