About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “Santa Teresa” vineyard, where some vines are up to 60 years old and grow in distinctive soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The secondary fermentation is stopped when the alcohol reaches 5–6%, retaining natural sweetness and freshness.
Ageing
After a short period in steel tanks, the wine rests in bottle for a further six months.
