About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The 45-year-old vines grow at 300 metres above sea level on limestone soils, with a south-westerly exposure.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats for 20 days at 28 °C.
