About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September and carefully sorted. Fermentation and skin contact take place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24–26 °C for 6–8 days, with the skin contact extracting colour.

The palate is rich and fruity.
