Tasting profile
Soft straw yellow with green highlights. The clean, intense bouquet combines fruit and flowers with green apple, elderflower, sage and a lightly aromatic character. Light-bodied and dry, the palate is free of harshness and marked by lively freshness and good acidity, which supports aromatic persistence.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C and open at the time of serving. Enjoy as an aperitif or with light antipasti, vegetable or fish first courses, savoury omelettes and focaccia, fine fish, raw seafood and delicate risottos. Best during its first year.
