Secondary fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks using the Charmat method.

Light and straightforward, with a clean, uncomplicated bouquet of green apple, melon and pear alongside hard candy and fragrant freshly baked rolls.

Label / history
Morando was founded in the late nineteenth century to preserve Piedmont’s winemaking traditions. Its vineyards extend across hilly areas in the provinces of Asti, Cuneo and Alessandria.
