Vinification
Vinification follows the traditional process for natural dry wines. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation by the Charmat method in pressurised stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with seafood, saltwater fish, white meat and cheese.
