About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from hillside sites in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. The juice undergoes a first fermentation at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks. A second fermentation, also in stainless steel and lasting around 30 days, produces the bubbles according to the Charmat method. The wine is then bottled under pressure.
