About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from three estate vineyards, each with a distinct terroir that contributes to the wine’s layered character.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place on the skins for 14–18 days in steel tanks at 24–30 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in French oak barriques, followed by 18 months in large Austrian oak casks.
