About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Monvigliero, a cru regarded as one of the most respected vineyard sites in the region. The plot winds along the slope and is surrounded by blue flowers and wild herbs. Its southern exposure provides excellent conditions for growing high-quality grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early October. The must ferments on the skins for 20–25 days in steel tanks at 26–30 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for 24 months in 225-litre French barriques.
Label / history
The first vintage was 2018, with only 1,500 bottles released.
