Vineyard and terroir
The Dolcetto grows in the company's own vineyards in Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then destemmed and gently pressed at the winery. Traditional red winemaking methods are used, with fermentation lasting 15 days at a controlled temperature.
Serving and pairing
Suggested with lamb, beef or venison, pasta with meat-based sauces, and flavourful cheeses.
