Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Tenute Neirano’s vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks. The base wine undergoes a second fermentation in sealed pressure tanks using the traditional Italian Charmat-Martinotti method, producing lively bubbles.
