About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a single plot, the Santa Margherita vineyard, from which the wine takes its name. The grapes are both grown and harvested there. The text describes the surrounding Tuscan land as fertile.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed gently. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The young wine rests on its natural lees for 5 months.
