About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and macerated on their skins for several days. Natural alcoholic fermentation takes place without added sulfites, with the maceration time and temperature carefully controlled to preserve freshness and fruit.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for 5–6 months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by further maturation in bottle in the estate’s cellars at a constant 15 °C.
Tasting profile
Bright fruit defines both the nose and palate. The wine is fresh, fruity and easy-drinking.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with appetizers and simple pasta or meat dishes.
