Technical data
Chianti DOCG. The 2024 wine has 11% alcohol and is offered in a 0.75 L bottle. Its deliberately lower alcohol content supports the light, fresh and fruit-driven Slim style.
Tasting profile
Vibrant ruby red with violet reflections. The fruity and floral bouquet opens with fresh cherry, developing toward pomegranate, with underlying rose and violet notes. The palate is light and notably refreshing. Balanced, silky tannins harmonize with the acidity, leading to a persistent and elegant finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 14–16 °C. Suitable as an aperitif or with pizza and pasta dressed with meat sauce.
